About Full Black Screen
Our black screen tool is designed for display testing and utility. By entering fullscreen mode, you can easily check your LCD or OLED panel for backlight bleed, stuck pixels, or IPS glow. It's also an excellent way to hide your desktop clutter when stepping away from your computer, or to use a secondary monitor as a dark, non-distracting panel.
How to use the Fullscreen Tool
Click the "Fullscreen Preview" button above. Your browser will hide all UI elements and display the pure color. This is perfect for:
- Finding dead or stuck pixels on your monitor.
- Checking for backlight bleed on LCD panels.
- Using your screen as a makeshift light source or reading light.
- Cleaning your display (dust is easier to see on a solid color).
To exit, simply press the ESC key or tap the screen on mobile.
